Quality assistant

Hanwha Materials Europe s.r.o., a foreign company specializing in the production of plastic parts for the automotive industry, has been operating on the market for 15 years. We are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Purchase Assistant.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems in manufacturing
Conducting quality inspections of products and processes in accordance with established standards
Collaborating on complaint resolution and non-conformity analysis, including root cause identification and corrective actions
Communicating with suppliers regarding the quality of delivered components
Participating in internal and external quality audits.Preparing and updating quality-related documentation.

Requirements:

Experience in quality management within the automotive industry is an advantage
Familiarity with quality tools and methods such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, control plans, etc., is a plus
Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) is highly valued
Proficiency in reading technical documentation and interpreting technical drawings
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to independently identify and resolve issues
Effective communication and organizational skills for seamless collaboration with teams and suppliers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
Advanced knowledge of English (B2 level)
Active driver’s license.
